Custom & Duty Fee: All international buyers are responsible to cover any possible custom fee or import tax that maybe applied at his/her country. We are obligated by export law of Israel to declare an order price as it was stated in your invoice. You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. There is no way for RH Electronics (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your postal system may charge you! If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds. Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will describe the cost of your order and the contents as "Educational DIY Kit for hobby soldering". We cannot mark orders as "gift" or lower the values.

Handling time: 5-7 business days to process international orders required after receiving cleared payment. This does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you. We can upload a tracking number during handing time even before your package was transferred to logistic company for the delivery.

Shipping: Take note, international shipping is more complicated and longer than domestic, that's why when you buy internationally it mean you are agree to wait for the package. For Economy International Delivery default stated time is 3-5 weeks. Some countries may take longer because of your country custom regulation rules or postal service. USA usually take 2-4 weeks; Europe 1-4 weeks; Australia 2-4 weeks; Germany 3-6 weeks; Israel 3-7 days; All other countries 3-5 weeks default delivery time. Please contact us if you not received your package during 30 days.

During checkout you can select available and preferred shipping method for you country. We offer Economy International Air-Mail or Express Delivery. If you cannot wait 25-65 business days for the delivery please select faster and more expensive method like FedEx / DHL / EMS. 

Air Mail Shipping mean we'll send your items with Registered Air Mail, but we cannot promise it will be fast, because it depends on post service, flights schedules, weather accidents, custom processing and other things that out of our control.
